绝句六首 --杜甫
日出篱东水，云生舍北泥。

 竹高鸣翡翠，沙僻舞鹍鸡。


 蔼蔼花蕊乱，飞飞蜂蝶多。

幽栖身懒动，客至欲如何。


 凿井交棕叶，开渠断竹根。

扁舟轻褭缆，小径曲通村。
急雨捎溪足，斜晖转树腰。
隔巢黄鸟并，翻藻白鱼跳。


 舍下笋穿壁，庭中藤刺檐。

地晴丝冉冉，江白草纤纤。


 江动月移石，溪虚云傍花。

鸟栖知故道，帆过宿谁家。

//Poem Interpretation

We interpreted that the poet is observing the scenery attentively from morning to night while he is on a journey to his destination.

Morning
The sun shine over the horizon through the fences from the East.
Cloud towering above the field at the North.
On top of the bamboo, short-tailed emerald birds are singing on the quiet
beach and “big birds” are jumping and dancing.
Flowers are blooming gently with lots of bees and butterflies flying above them.

Staying in the tranquil(quiet, peaceful) place, I am too lazy to move and why are the guests looking for me? (Laid back situation)
Some palm leaves are covering the well while there is a lot of broken bamboo near it. (Using bamboo structure to transfer water)
Ropes are gently hanging on the boats; the winding paths lead to various villages.

Evening
Heavy rain falls into the stream; the sunset light rays shine on the tree.
Yellow humming bird look at each other over the leaves; white fish (koi) jumps out of the algae.
Under the house, bamboo shoots grow through the wall; in the courtyard, vines are winding in front of the eaves.
Over the whole earth, dandelions/cotton plants sways in the wind; while in the river, “lalang” are growing to be very green and flourished.

Night
The river flows and reflection of the moon also flows,which seems like it is pushing the stones in the river; in the clear stream, shadow of the clouds is close to the flowers.
The birds (all the birds in the poem) will go back to the old nest, but where should i stay overnight when the boat leaves?
